We are a Family-owned independent shop

And have no affiliations with any Insurance Companies. Remember; it’s your car, and it’s your choice who repairs it.

We’re not on any insurance company’s direct repair program, and that’s deliberate. It means no agreement to cut corners, use cheaper parts, or rush a repair to suit someone else’s schedule.
We fit parts made by your vehicle’s manufacturer whenever we can get them, because they’re built to the same standard as the ones they replace. It isn’t always possible — sometimes the insurer won’t cover the difference, and on older vehicles the part may not be made any more. When that happens we tell you what we’re fitting and why, and we won’t put on anything we wouldn’t accept on our own car.
Towing, lockouts and roadside recovery, every day of the year. We’re an AAA service provider, and the shop line is answered around the clock.
The Delarm family has run this shop from the same building on East Market Street for more than 50 years, and the team brings over 150 years of combined experience. The Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce voted Delarm’s its Business of the Year in 2009.
